Crown Membership

Crown Membership is a monthly subscription offered by Crown Hair Studio. Membership provides £50 of service credit each month in exchange for a monthly payment of £45.

Membership Fee

Membership is billed at £45 per month and will automatically renew each month until cancelled.

Monthly Credit

Members receive £50 of service credit each billing cycle.

Credit may be used towards eligible barbering and hairdressing services available through Crown Hair Studio.

Credit Expiry

Monthly credit is valid only during the current billing cycle.

Unused credit does not roll over to future months and cannot be accumulated.

Eligible Services

Membership credit may be used on selected barbering, hairdressing, styling, and children's haircut services as determined by Crown Hair Studio.

Services may be added to or removed from the eligible list at our discretion.

Booking Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance through our online booking system or directly with Crown Hair Studio.

Standard booking and cancellation policies apply to all appointments booked using membership credit.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in the loss of the corresponding membership credit.

Crown Hair Studio reserves the right to charge cancellation fees in accordance with its booking policy.

Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation will stop future billing but does not entitle the member to a refund for any current or previous billing period.

Any unused credit will expire at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds

Membership payments are non-refundable.

Monthly credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred, or redeemed outside of eligible services.

Changes to Membership

Crown Hair Studio reserves the right to amend membership pricing, benefits, eligible services, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Existing members will be given reasonable notice of any material changes.
